Borscht with Pork Ribs



Ingredients
Pork (ribs) 500 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic to taste
Potatoes 5
Cabbage 100 g
Tomatoes 4
Onions 2
Bell pepper 1
Carrot 1

Cook the meat for 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the grated carrots and onions in lard. Add the chopped bell pepper. Grate the tomatoes.

Add the tomatoes to the stewed vegetables. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes. Cut the potatoes into strips. Shred the cabbage. Add the potatoes and cabbage to the broth with the meat. Cook for 15 minutes.

 Once the soup is cooked through, add the vegetable mixture from the pan. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Add the chopped garlic.
