Cheese Soup with Sausage and Rice



Ingredients
4 potatoes
0.5 cup rice
1 onion
2 carrots
1/2 dry-cured sausage
500 g processed cheese
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Seasons
Herbs to taste

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to boiling water. Chop the sausage and chop the onion, carrot, garlic, and herbs.

Pour the sausage into a preheated dry frying pan and fry until it releases its juices. Then add the onion and carrot and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add the cheese to the saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. When the potatoes are half-cooked, add the rice.

Add the fried sausage mixture to the soup, stir, and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Only then taste for salt and add pepper and seasoning. Add the garlic 5 minutes before turning off the heat.

Add the herbs and turn off the heat. Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.
