Spaghetti with Herbed Oil



Ingredients
Spaghetti 300g
Tomatoes 2
Crushed red pepper (pinch)
Olive oil
Basil
Parsley
Thyme
Sea salt

Pour water into a large saucepan, season with salt, bring to a boil, and cook the spaghetti until half-cooked. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander and return it to the original pan.

In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil, chopped parsley leaves, chopped thyme, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat the pan over low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Be careful not to let the oil boil or overheat.

 Pour the heated, herb-infused oil and finely chopped tomatoes into the pot with the spaghetti, cover, and shake well to coat the spaghetti completely. If you have some cheese, you can grate it and add it to the spaghetti.
