Ingredients
Potatoes 600 g
Champignons 300 g
20% Cream 500 ml
Onion 200 g
Salt
Vegetable Oil
Ground Black Pepper
Herbs
Peel the potatoes and chop them not too finely. Cover with water, add a little salt, and boil until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes.
Finely chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms, and a little salt. Fry until all the liquid has evaporated.
Chop the mushrooms and onion in a blender. Add the mushroom mixture to the potatoes, pour in the cream, and season with a little salt and pepper. Blend everything until smooth. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
