Ingredients
8 apples
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
150 g corn flour
150 g starch
250 ml light beer
2 tbsp sugar
50 ml sunflower oil
Pour the starch, corn flour, sugar, and cinnamon into a deep bowl. Mix well. Add two egg yolks and mix well.
Pour in the beer and mix the batter until it reaches a pancake-like consistency. Pour the refined oil into the batter and, without stirring, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Peel the apples, remove the cores with a special knife, and cut into 1 cm rings. Lightly beat the whites and fold them into the batter.
Dip the apple rings in the batter and fry them on both sides in a hot frying pan with refined oil until golden brown.
Serve for dessert, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
