Curd Jelly with Cherries



Ingredients
Gelatin 10 g
Milk 100 g
Yogurt 125 g
Cottage Cheese 125 g
Vanillin to taste
Cherry
Honey
Jelly

Pour 100 g of milk over the gelatin and let it swell. After 20-30 minutes, place it in a double boiler and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil! Let it cool.

Meanwhile, combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, fresh cherries, and a little honey in a blender. The mixture should not be too runny. Add a little vanilla to taste for flavor.

Pour the dissolved gelatin into the curd mixture. Add more whole cherries to the finished mixture. Pour the mixture into molds or a single large mold and refrigerate until completely set.

 It's best to use springform or silicone molds. The dessert is easy to remove from them. If you don't have these molds, you can use any container (bowl, plate, glass, salad bowl), lining it with plastic wrap first.

Make the cherry jelly according to the instructions. Place the berry halves on the set curd jelly and pour the cherry jelly on top.

Replace the dessert in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely set.
