Ingredients
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1.5 tablespoons gelatin
1 pinch vanilla
1 tablespoon coffee

1 cup water
Soak the gelatin in cold water until it swells (separately for each type of jelly). Then place it in a sieve and let the water drain.
Milk jelly: Combine the sugar and milk, stirring and bringing to a boil, then add the vanilla. Then cool the mixture, add the gelatin, and heat until it is completely dissolved. Do not bring it to a boil.
Coffee jelly: Brew sweet coffee, which combines with the gelatin. Heat the mixture until the gelatin dissolves, then cool.
After both layers are ready, pour them into the molds one by one. Feel free to choose the thickness and order of the layers.
