Ingredients
400 g unleavened puff pastry
400 g asparagus
200 g cheese
6 eggs
20 g flour
Seasons to taste
First, blanch the asparagus, then drop it into boiling water and let it cook for 2 minutes until it becomes soft. Then remove it and pat dry.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle the size of a small baking sheet. Place the dough inside (lightly grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil) and shape the edges.
Sprinkle the bottom of the pie with grated cheese. Arrange the asparagus on top in a single layer, each sprig close together.
Crack the eggs randomly on top, season the pie with salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite seasonings. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C (350°F). The pie should be golden brown. Serve immediately, hot.
