Ingredients
1 package of unleavened puff pastry
4 potatoes
150 ml of cream
1 onion
100 g of cheese
300 g of mushrooms
1 bunch of greens
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Boil the potatoes. Cut the onion into half rings and fry for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and fry until all the water has evaporated.
Mash the potatoes with the hot cream. Mix the mushroom and potato mixture. Add finely chopped greens, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly! The filling is ready.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut into 3 or 4 rectangles. Place 2 layers of dough on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
Place 1 cake layer on the baking sheet and spread it with cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Layer each layer in this manner, placing the cake layer on top. Don't spread the cream, just sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.
