Ingredients
3 potatoes
450 g flour
125 g butter
1 packet baking powder
1 egg
For the filling:
100 g cheese
150 g cooked sausage
Parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes in salted water and mash them with butter. Add the beaten egg whites, flour with baking powder, and pepper to the mashed potatoes, and knead into a dough.
Prepare the filling separately. Finely chop the cheese, sausage, and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together.
Roll the dough into a round flatbread and cut into triangles. Place the filling on the base of each triangle and roll it into a crescent roll.
Place on a baking sheet and shape into a crescent shape. Brush with egg yolk (sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired). Bake at 180-200°C for about 20 minutes.
