Ingredients
Flour 400 g
Water 270 ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 10 g
For the filling:
Cheese
Tomato
Green chili pepper
Egg 1
Mix the flour and salt. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in room temperature water and add the flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Let the dough rise in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
Preheat the oven to maximum temperature (250°C). Place the dough on a floured work surface.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and stretch each into an oval shape. Spread grated cheese, a few tomato slices, and chili peppers in the center. Twist the edges of the dough into a rope. Crack an egg in the center and season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown.
