Ingredients
For the Fruit Bombs:
* 3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
* 16 large fresh strawberries, hulled
* 1 cup fresh blueberries
* 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
### For the Creamy Filling:
* 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup whipped topping
* 2 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
### For the Strawberry Glaze:
* 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
* 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
* 1 tbsp water
### For Garnish (optional):
* Fresh mint leaves
* Lime zest
* Finely chopped pistachios
## Directions
1. In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese,
whipped topping, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the strawberry
preserves, lemon juice, and water. Stir until smooth, then
let cool.
3. Pat the watermelon cubes dry with paper towels.
4. Pipe or spoon a small amount of the creamy filling
onto each watermelon cube.
5. Top each with a strawberry and secure with a
toothpick if needed.
6. Add a few blueberries around the strawberries for extra
color and texture.
7. Drizzle the strawberry glaze over the assembled fruit
bombs.
8. Garnish with mint leaves, lime zest, and chopped
pistachios.
9. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
