Ingredients
Gelatin 2 tbsp
35% Cream 300 ml
Sugar 70 g
White Chocolate 100 g
Jelly 1 package
Prepare the jelly as directed on the package. Pour into molds, filling 1/4 full. Refrigerate until completely set. While the jelly is setting, prepare the panna cotta.
Place the gelatin in a bowl and pour 4 tbsp of cold water over it. Let it bloom for about 5-7 minutes.
Place the cream and chocolate in a small saucepan, add the sugar. Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate and sugar are melted. Remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into the bowl with the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Let cool to room temperature and pour the mixture into the molds over the jelly. Return to the refrigerator. Let set—this will take about 2-3 hours.
To remove the dessert from the molds, dip each mold for a few seconds in a bowl half-filled with hot water. The dessert will melt around the edges, after which it's very easy to remove by inverting the mold onto a plate.
