Apple 1
Sour cream 50 g
Cinnamon 3 g
Horseradish (root) 10 g
Salt 2 pinches
Sugar 3 g
Peel the apple and cut into strips. Finely grate the horseradish. For the sauce, combine the sour cream, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
Boil the beets, cool, and grate them coarsely. Combine the apples, sauce, and beets. Garnish with parsley before serving.
