Ingredients
Salad Mix 100g
Brie Cheese 75g
Apple 1
Celery (stalks) 1
Walnuts 1 handful
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
For the dressing:
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp
Honey 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Wash the apples, core them, and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Place the apples in a bowl.
Wash the celery and slice it crosswise fairly thinly. The celery should be noticeable in the salad, but its flavor should complement the other ingredients, which depends directly on how you slice everything. It's time to throw the celery in a bowl.
Cut the Brie into small pieces.
Now let's make the salad, or rather, our mixed salad. Wash it, and then tear half of the salad by hand, not too finely, but finely. Add it to the bowl. Don't tear the other half at all, unless, of course, you have huge burdock leaves, in which case you should tear them into large pieces. As cliché as it may seem, add them to the bowl too.
In a separate bowl, combine the oil, honey, mustard, and lemon juice.
Mix thoroughly and drizzle the dressing over the salad. Toss it all together, divide the salad into bowls, and sprinkle with nuts.
You don't need to chop the nuts; just divide them into quarters and add them to the bowl.
Enjoy!
