Mussels Salad



Ingredients
Mussels
Onion 1
Egg 4
Chinese cabbage 200 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Mayonnaise 100 g
Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
Canned green peas

Cut the onion into thin strips (quarter rings). If it's very hot, you can lightly scald it with boiling water. However, it's generally best to use silver onions, which are juicy and sweet, but not as pungent as regular onions. Add the canned peas.

Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and add to the salad. Cut the Chinese cabbage as shown in the picture, or however you prefer.

Remove the mussels from the marinade and add to the salad. If you like, you can add a couple of tablespoons of the marinade to the salad for a spicier flavor. Now all that's left to do is dress the salad, add salt and pepper to taste, toss, and serve.
