Ingredients
200 g mushrooms
200 g green beans
1 bunch lettuce
2 red onions
Herbes de Provence
Salt
Olive oil
Clean and wash the mushrooms. Rinse and chop coarsely and lightly fry in olive oil, season with salt. Lightly fry the beans with the Herbes de Provence, season with salt. Wash the onions, cut in half, and then into slices lengthwise. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Mix everything with olive oil.
