Ingredients
Beef (tongue) 200 g
Cucumber 3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Sour cream 50 g
Mayonnaise 40 g
Salt
Pepper
Boil the tongue, peel it, and cool it. Peel the onion and cut into strips, then do the same with the tongue and cucumber. Mix everything carefully.
Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly. Dress the salad with the resulting sauce, optionally sprinkle with herbs.
