Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, shred the cabbage, finely grate the carrots, bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro Slice. Separate the tangerine into wedges.
