Ingredients
200g canned pink salmon
3 eggs
2 onions
2 carrots
1 cup marinated champignons
mayonnaise
vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic
Layer the salad:
1. canned pink salmon (mashed with a fork or spoon),
2. onions, fried in vegetable oil,
3. mushrooms
4. hard-boiled egg whites, coarsely grated, mixed with garlic cloves,
5. carrots, fried in vegetable oil.
Soak each layer with mayonnaise. Garnish the top layer with egg yolks.
