Ingredients
Walnuts 85g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper to taste
Olive oil 50ml
Wine vinegar 1.5 tbsp
Celery (stalks) 8 pcs
Parmesan cheese 60g
Preheat oven to 175°C. Place the walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast for 7-10 minutes. Cool and chop finely.
Thinly slice the celery. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour in the oil.
In a salad bowl, combine the walnuts, celery, and cheese.
Dress with the dressing and mix everything together.
