Ingredients
2 beets
1 onion
3 potatoes
2 carrots
200 g smoked chicken (ham)
2 pomegranates
walnuts
mayonnaise
salt
Boil the beets, carrots, and potatoes. Grate the boiled vegetables on a coarse grater into separate bowls.
Boil the chicken fillet and cut into strips or cubes.
Layer 1: Potatoes, lightly salted, spread with mayonnaise
Layer 2: Carrots, lightly salted, mayonnaise
Layer 3: Walnuts
Layer 4: Chicken leg, mayonnaise
Layer 5: Onion (fried is fine)
Layer 6: Beets, mayonnaise
Layer 7: Pomegranate
