Ingredients
2 smoked chicken (ham)
1 can corn
1 can marinated mushrooms
1 can can canned pineapple
5 eggs
Mayonnaise
Olives
Parsley
Take the bones and skin off the ham and cut the fillet into medium cubes. Cut the pineapple and mushrooms into medium cubes. Finely grate the hard-boiled eggs. Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl and season with mayonnaise. Place on a round plate and shape into a hedgehog shape. Add olives for the eyes and nose, and parsley for the eyelashes.
