Ingredients
500 g cucumber
1 bunch mint
1 bunch dill
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Vegetable oil
Wash the cucumbers and cut into slices. Finely chop the washed and dried herbs. Combine with the cucumbers. Season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Dress with vegetable oil. Let sit for 15-20 minutes.
The taste is reminiscent of lightly salted cucumbers, but with a more intense, spicy flavor. This salad is very good with meat.
