Ingredients
1 bunch lettuce
2 tomatoes
70 g Parmesan cheese
100 g white breadcrumbs
300 g shrimp
Caesar dressing
Cut or tear the lettuce leaves. Divide into 4 pieces and place each piece on a plate. The shrimp can be baked, boiled, pan-fried, or barbecued. If you like it spicy, you can season it with chili.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and place on a plate. Then add the shrimp, croutons, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Dress the salad with Caesar dressing or, if you prefer a healthier option, olive oil.
