Ingredients
Celery (greens) 1 pc
Shrimp 250 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Mustard 2 tsp
Lemon 1 pc
Salt 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Greens
Peel the celery root. Cut into thin strips or grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the celery from browning.
Dress with mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Add peeled and cooked shrimp. Stir.
Serve the celery and shrimp salad on a bed of greens.
