Mushroom and Pickled Cucumber Salad



Ingredients
2 Potatoes
2 Carrots
2 Pickled Cucumbers
200g Mushrooms
100g Canned Green Peas
2 Eggs
Mayonnaise
Green Onion
Vegetable Oil
Salt

Boil the potatoes, carrots, and eggs, cool, and peel. Dice the potatoes and carrots. Add the sliced cucumber and eggs. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil and season with salt. Add the mushrooms and peas. Dress with mayonnaise. Place in a salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
