Ingredients
200g king prawns
5 cherry tomatoes
1 bunch frisee lettuce
1 cucumber
100g loaf
1 tbsp olive oil
50g butter
1 clove garlic
Salt
For dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon
5g ground black pepper
5g salt
Cut the loaf into small cubes. Cut the cucumber into similar-sized pieces, and the tomatoes into small wedges.
Fry the prawns in olive oil with garlic, adding a little salt. Fry the loaf cubes in butter, and let the croutons cool.
Wash the frisee lettuce, separate the leaves, and dry.
Combine the prepared cucumbers, tomatoes, shrimp, lettuce, and croutons.
Dress the salad with lemon juice, olive oil, and lightly salt and pepper. Serve.
