Roll the dough thinly, giving it a round shape. Then place it in a greased pan. Lightly flatten it with your hands, brush with tomato sauce, and sprinkle with spices and herbs.
Wash, core, and peel the apples.
Slice the apples and tomatoes into thin rounds, and the ham into slices or strips.
Place the ham, apples, and tomatoes on the sauce, alternating them. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and mint leaves, and top with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes. Serve the apple pizza hot, cut into slices, and garnished with fresh herbs.
