Ingredients
250g puff pastry
3 onions
Vegetable oil
Salt
1 tsp sugar
150g ham
For the filling:
3 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream
1/2 bunch parsley
100g Russian cheese
Salt
Ground black pepper
Defrost the dough, roll it out slightly to fit the pan, sprinkle the peas on top, and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Grate the cheese, mix with the eggs, sour cream, and finely chopped herbs, add a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
Peel the onion, thinly slice it into half rings, and fry in vegetable oil until translucent, adding salt and granulated sugar.
Cut the ham into noodles, mix with the onion, and add to the onion mixture. Place the onion and ham on the dough crust, pour in the egg-cheese mixture, smooth it out, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes, until the mixture sets and becomes firm. Serve hot or warm; it slices easily and holds its shape.
