Puff pastry - 1 package
Ham
Cheese
Egg
Flour
Sunflower oil
Use equal amounts of cheese and ham. Finely chop the ham and lightly fry. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the ham.
Lightly roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm – it will expand significantly during baking. Cut the dough into triangles and place a small amount of filling on the wide side of each triangle. Starting from the wide end, roll up the croissants tightly and curl the edges slightly. The end result should look something like this.
For a golden crust, brush the croissants with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
