Egg 1
Rub the prepared legs with a mixture of oil, salt, paprika, and spices and let sit for 30 minutes. Defrost the dough, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, and line a baking sheet with oiled parchment paper.
Lightly fry the legs on both sides under a preheated grill, or simply in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Then, if desired, stud them with garlic slices.
Cut the dough into long strips. Wrap the cooled chicken in the dough, overlapping the strips slightly. Place the prepared drumsticks on a baking sheet, brush with the beaten egg, and bake for 40-45 minutes. Once the dough is golden brown, cover with foil. Serve while hot, although they are also delicious when cooled.
