Ham and Mushroom Pizza



Ingredients
Yeast dough 350 g
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mushrooms 150 g
Parmesan cheese 100 g
Pork loin 150 g
Herbes de Provence 1 tbsp
Pinch of salt

Roll out the dough, lightly dusting it with flour, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make a circle around the edges and place it in a warm place until the dough rises slightly. 15-20 minutes is enough.

Wash and dry the mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms and loin into thin slices. Grease the pizza base, including the edges, with ketchup. Arrange the mushrooms on top in a single layer, season with salt, and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and grated Parmesan cheese. 

Add the meat as the next layer and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, place the pizza pan in, and bake for 7-10 minutes.
