Ingredients
Pizza dough
Spinach 325 g
Onion 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg to taste
Tofu 100 g
Mozzarella cheese 100 g
Cottage cheese 200 g
Egg 1
Preheat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius. Sauté the onion over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat and add the chopped spinach. Cook until the spinach is tender (about a minute). Remove from heat. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, tofu, grated mozzarella, egg, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
Drain the cooked spinach and mix it with the cheese. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each into a disk shape.
Place the filling halves in the center of the disk. Seal the edges tightly to prevent the filling from leaking. Repeat with the second disk of dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
