Ingredients
700 g flour
500 g yogurt
2 eggs
50 g butter
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
For the filling:
450 g mozzarella cheese
450 g feta cheese
1 egg
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, butter, and salt. Begin adding the flour a little at a time, mixing with your hands. The dough should be soft and elastic, so add as much flour as needed. Add baking soda.
On a floured board, knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. Return the dough to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
For the filling, mix the two types of cheese and the egg until smooth. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Divide the dough and filling into 6 equal portions. Using your hands, knead the dough and form a flatbread 20 cm in diameter. Spoon in the filling and seal the flatbread tightly, sealing the edges like a calzone. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cool slightly and serve warm.
