Lazy Vegetable Pot Pie



Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
3 cups vegetable broth
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
220 g mushrooms
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup white beans
1 tsp parsley
Salt
Pepper

Boil the potatoes and carrots in broth until tender. Add the beans and cook for about 3 minutes. Do not drain. Set aside 1 cup of broth. Set aside for later.

Fry the onion and pressed garlic in olive oil in a large pot. Add the butter and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until tender. 

Add the boiled potatoes, carrots, and green peas. If necessary, add the reserved cup of broth (the mixture shouldn't be too runny). Add the remaining vegetables. Mix all the layers well. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.

Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the dough into thick strips and bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius until golden brown (the dough should rise slightly). Once the sticks are ready, place them on top of the pot and serve.
