Brik with Tuna, Potatoes, and Egg


Ingredients
Potatoes 200g
Canned Tuna 100g
Puff Pastry 2 Sheets
Eggs 5
Parsley 1/2 Bunch
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable Oil

Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain, cool, and mince. Hard-boil 4 eggs and, once cooled, chop into small pieces.

Drain the tuna and add to the cooled potatoes and chopped egg. Season with salt and pepper and add finely chopped parsley. Reserve a teaspoon of parsley for topping. Mix well.

Cut the dough into squares of the desired size. Place the minced meat inside and press into a triangle. Grease a baking pan with butter and line it with baking paper. Place the prepared brik in the pan and brush with beaten egg white. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the baking pan with the dough in it, and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
