Ingredients
for the dough:
500 g flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
4 tbsp margarine
1/2 packet dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
For the filling:
3 tbsp tomato paste
6 sausages
1 onion
2 bell peppers
2 tomatoes
200 g cheese
2 processed cheese
Mayonnaise
1/2 bunch parsley
Make the yeast dough: mix the dry yeast with the flour, add warm water and milk, then the egg beaten with sugar and salt. Knead the dough constantly, finally adding the melted margarine. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Grate the hard cheese and finely chop the remaining ingredients. Roll out the dough into a thin (moderately) layer and place it on a greased baking sheet. Grease the dough with tomato paste or ketchup, sprinkle with onions, and top with slices of sausage, peppers, and processed cheese. You can also spread a layer of mayonnaise.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes. Then top the pizza with tomato slices, sprinkle with parsley and grated hard cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes.
