Ingredients
Flour 2.3 cups
Water 1 cup
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Green onions 6
Gradually add warm water to the flour and knead until the dough is elastic. Continue kneading the dough, stretching it slightly until smooth, on a floured surface. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rest for 20 minutes.
Then cut the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
Roll each ball out to a diameter of 10-15 cm. Mix the olive oil and sesame oil. Grease the flatbread with oil, sprinkle with salt to taste, and sprinkle with finely chopped onion.
Roll the dough into a roll, then into a snail, and then roll it out again into a flatbread. Repeat with the remaining pieces. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the flatbreads, and fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Place the flatbreads on paper towels to remove excess fat.
