Ingredients
For the crust (makes 2 thin pizzas):
Kefir 250 ml
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Flour 2.5 cups
Baking soda 0.5 tsp
For the filling (per pizza):
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Russian cheese 70 g
Boiled-smoked sausage 100 g
Uncooked sausage 100 g
Eggs 2
Mix the ingredients into a dough, then place it in a bag and set it aside while we prepare the toppings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the cooked-smoked sausage into cubes and the uncooked sausage into thin slices.
Divide the dough in half, and roll one half out thinly to fit a 23cm pan.
Evenly spread ketchup (or tomato sauce) over the dough, then top with cooked smoked sausage and cheese. Next, add slices of dry-cured sausage and eggs. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and the eggs are cooked through.
