Ingredients
Cottage Cheese 200 g
Broccoli 150 g
Eggs 2
Cheese 70 g
Sour Cream 1 tbsp
Semolina 2 tbsp
Pinch of Salt
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. Beat the eggs with salt. Add the eggs and grated cheese (save some cheese for sprinkling on the pâté at the end) to the cottage cheese and mix well. Add the semolina and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook for 5 minutes. Place on ice. This will prevent the broccoli from losing its vibrant color.
Place a layer of curd cheese in small silicone molds, then add broccoli florets. Top with another layer of curd cheese, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
