Ingredients
For the dough:
20 g fresh yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
400 g flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
For the filling:
6 canned cucumbers
7 tomatoes
150 g cooked sausage
1 carrot
300 g bacon
250 g cheese
Salt
Pepper
2 cloves garlic
Dissolve the yeast in warm water (half a cup). Add sugar and 2 tbsp flour and stir. Let rise for 10 minutes. Stir in the remaining flour, salt, 200 ml warm water, and oil and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
First, make the sauce: place 1-2 tomatoes, a carrot, and garlic cloves in a blender and blend. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers. Thinly slice the sausage. Thinly slice the bacon. Grate the cheese.
Place the rolled-out dough on a greased baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the dough. Add the tomatoes, then the cucumbers, and top with the sausage and bacon.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top 5 minutes before cooking and return to the oven to finish baking.
