3 chicken breasts
6 eggs
2 carrots
3 cloves garlic
2 onions

1 sheet puff pastry
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and thaw according to package directions. Boil 3 eggs, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise. Chop the carrots, onion, and garlic and fry in vegetable oil. Remove from heat and let cool.
Make minced chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste, add the fried vegetables, herbs, and eggs, and stir. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread the minced meat on it in a ring shape.
Arrange the egg halves, cut-side down, on top, embedding them in the minced meat. Cut the puff pastry into strips. You can also cut leaves or stars—whatever your imagination suggests.
"Tie" the meat ring with the dough strips, or more simply, place the strips on top of the ring, tucking the ends slightly under. Next, brush the dough and exposed areas of the meat with egg yolk or milk, and a little mayonnaise. Bake in the oven until the meat is cooked through, about 30-40 minutes. If the dough begins to brown, cover with foil.
