Butter dough pies



Ingredients
Flour 1500 g
Milk 200 ml
Cream 25% 200 ml
Water 100 ml
Dry instant yeast 11 g
Sugar 5 tbsp
Butter 150 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Salt

For the filling:
Sausage
Cabbage

Mix the milk, cream, and water and warm slightly. Add the yeast and sugar, stir, and let sit for 10 minutes. Then add the eggs and some of the flour, knead until the dough becomes thick and creamy. Let sit for another 10 minutes.

Then add the butter and the remaining flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Place the finished dough in a warm place for 40-50 minutes (an oven preheated to 30 degrees Celsius is very convenient). The dough should rise well only once.

Meanwhile, make the filling, simmering the cabbage (or any other cabbage) with the sausage. Form the pies, brush them with egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
