Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour 1/2 cup
Starch 2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Cheese 100 g
Water 1/2 cup
Salt
For the filling:
Ham 100 g
Mayonnaise 150 g
Processed cheese 200 g
Gherkin 1 pickled
Paprika
Boil the water with salt and butter. Mix the flour with the starch and pour it into the boiling liquid, stirring. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the dough begins to pull away from the sides. Cool the dough slightly and then beat in the eggs. Then add the cheese and mix.
Place the dough on a lightly greased baking sheet in small balls and bake for 20 minutes at 220°C. Cut off the tops of the buns and let them cool.
Press the ham and processed cheese through a meat grinder, add half the mayonnaise, and beat with a mixer, gradually adding the remaining mayonnaise.
Add the finely diced cucumber and hot pepper and mix well. Fill the buns with the mousse and top with the cut-off tops. Garnish with herbs and sprinkle with paprika.
