Ingredients
Flour 2 cups
Dry yeast 50 g
Water 100 ml
Milk 1 cup
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Cream 300 ml
Garlic 4 cloves
Seafood cocktail 200 g
Onion 1
Parmesan cheese 150 g
Avocado 1
Mushrooms 100 g
Shrimp 150 g
Crab meat 100 g
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Mix the flour and salt together, then pour in the dissolved yeast. Knead into an elastic dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
Purify the seafood cocktail in a meat grinder or blender. Chop the garlic and onion and sauté in olive oil. Add the milk, cream, and crushed seafood. Bring to a boil, then add the grated cheese and reduce the heat. Add the flour and reduce the sauce to a mashed potato consistency.
For the filling, peel, wash, and boil the mushrooms. Cool and slice them. Defrost the shrimp, peel, and cut into small pieces. Cut the crab meat into small pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice thinly.
Roll the dough thinly and place in a greased baking dish. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, basil, and grated Parmesan. Carefully pour the white sauce over the dough (being careful not to wash the spices off to one side). Then add the filling. Spread cheese generously over the top and garnish with avocado slices.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
