Ingredients
Flour 4 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Dry instant yeast 1 packet
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1 cup
Cabbage 1 head
Onion 500 g

Mix the sugar and yeast, add a cup of water, and dissolve. Sift the flour into a saucepan, then pour in the water, sugar, and yeast until a foam forms on the surface. Add salt.
Next, knead the dough. When the dough is almost ready, add the vegetable oil. It's important that the oil isn't cold—room temperature is perfect. Then cover the saucepan with a towel and set it in a warm place to rise.
While the dough is rising, it's time to prepare the filling. Shred the cabbage and chop the onion. Place the cabbage in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry, but not until fully cooked, as we'll be baking it in the oven. Season the cabbage with salt and spices.
When the dough is ready, place it on a floured board and begin shaping and filling the pies. Place the cabbage pies on a baking sheet and brush the top with weak tea. Place in the preheated oven.
