Cheese Pie



Ingredients
Puff pastry 2 sheets
Adyghe cheese 200 g
Parmesan cheese 200 g
Dill 1 bunch
Eggs 2
Milk
Salt
Ground black pepper
Butter
Sesame seeds

Roll out both sheets of puff pastry to the size of the pan. Grease the pan with butter. Place one sheet on the bottom of the pan, spread the Adyghe cheese mixed with dill evenly over it, then top with grated Parmesan (or other hard cheese).

Cover everything with the second sheet of puff pastry, cut into squares (cutting until it reaches the bottom of the pan). Crack the eggs into a glass, add as much milk as will fit, season with pepper, mix well, and spoon the mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown (about 40 minutes).
