Brie and Ham Pie



Ingredients
for the dough:
250 g flour
125 g butter
A pinch of salt
3 tbsp water

For the filling:
1 onion
300 g smoked and cooked ham
150 g brie cheese
5 green onions
50 g walnuts

For the filling:
2 eggs
100 g sour cream
Salt to taste

Prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the flour bowl. Rub the butter and flour together with your fingertips until they form greasy crumbs. Work as quickly as possible to minimize contact between your hands and the dough. Add ice water to the crumbs and quickly knead the dough.

Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
