Ingredients
For the dough:
2.5 cups flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 packet dry yeast
1 cup milk
Salt
For the filling:
2 tbsp tomato paste
300 g ground meat
1 onion
2 bell peppers
3 tomatoes
1/2 bunch parsley
200 g Dutch cheese
150 g feta cheese
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Knead the yeast dough: mix the dry yeast with the flour, add warm milk, sugar, and salt. Knead the dough constantly, adding the vegetable oil at the end. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 20 minutes.
Simmer the minced meat in a frying pan without frying.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place it on a greased baking sheet. Grease the dough with tomato paste, sprinkle with chopped onion, add the minced meat, bell pepper pieces, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes. Then top the pizza with feta cheese slices, tomato slices, and grated cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes.
